Know These Important Dates So You Can Participate in Commencement
Application Filing Periods:
To participate in the 2012 commencement ceremony and have your name published in the program, you must apply for Spring or Summer 2012 graduation by March 2, 2012.
- For Fall 2011 graduation, the deadline to apply is March 4, 2011.
Thereafter a $10.00 late fee will be assessed.
- For Spring 2012 or Summer 2012 graduation, the deadline to apply is July 8, 2011.
Thereafter a $10.00 late fee will be assessed.
- For Fall 2012 graduation, the deadline to apply is March 2, 2012.
Thereafter a $10.00 late fee will be assessed.
- For Spring 2013 or Summer 2013 graduation, the deadline to apply is July 6, 2012.
Thereafter a $10.00 late fee will be assessed.
- For Fall 2013 graduation, the deadline to apply is March 1, 2013.
Thereafter a $10.00 late fee will be assessed.
Last Day to Confirm Awarding of Bachelor's Degree and Submit Documents:
- March 2, 2012 - Last day to confirm awarding of Bachelor's degree for Fall 2011
- August 17, 2012 - Last day to confirm awarding of Bachelor's degree for Spring 2012
- October 5, 2012 - Last day to confirm awarding of Bachelor's degree for Summer 2012
- March 1, 2013 - Last day to confirm awarding of Bachelor's degree for Fall 2012
- August 16, 2013 - Last day to confirm awarding of Bachelor's degree for Spring 2013
Note: Be sure to change your date of graduation if you do not complete all degree requirements. Once you submit the graduation date change, your registration hold will be cleared.
