November 1 Academic Advisement/First-Time Freshman Registration begins.
November 8 - December 11 Registration-by-Appointment. Maximum load: 13 units. Repeating courses is not permitted.
November 11 Holiday; all offices closed; no instruction (Veterans’ Day Observed).
November 23 Student Services Center closes at 5:00 p.m. (eve of Thanksgiving recess).
November 24 - 26 Thanksgiving Recess; all offices closed; no instruction; no Saturday class on 11/26 (Thanksgiving Day-Thursday, November 24; Admission Day Observed-Friday, November 25).
November 30 Previously disqualified students should apply for Fall 2012 admission during the initial filing period, which ends November 30.
December 5 Parking permits for Spring 2012 can be purchased online starting this week.
December 12, 2011 - January 22, 2012 Nonrestrictive Registration (no appointment needed). Maximum load: 15 units. Repeating courses is permitted beginning January 19, 2012.

January 23-February 10 Late Registration (by permission only) and Schedule Adjustment (Weeks 1-3). Repeating courses is permitted. Late Registration fee: $25.00.
February 10 Last day to Register Late, Add classes using permission numbers, Drop a class, or Change Basis of Grading (end of Week 3).

Last day to qualify for a partial refund (minus $10) due to a drop in unit load below 6.1.
March 2 Deadline for Financial Aid application priority consideration.
March 2 Last day to confirm awarding of baccalaureate degree for students who completed graduation requirements for Fall 2012.
