Scott WeissScott and Debbie Weiss Provide Gift to the Accounting Department.

CSUN Alumni Scott and Debbie Weiss, have donated $50,000 to support the Accounting Department's general fund. Scott, an Accounting alumnus, is a partner and director of the CPA firm Weiss Accountancy. "Gifts to the general fund allow the department the flexibility to allocate its resources to areas of need," said Development Director Matt Rinnert.

Weiss Accountancy, caters to individuals and small businesses and offers a variety of services ranging from audits, reviews, and compilations to tax and consulting services. They are committed to providing close, personal attention to all their clients, and take pride in giving all clients the assurance that the personal assistance received comes from years of advanced training, technical experience, and financial acumen.

"This gift from Scott and Debbie will enable the accounting department to continue providing students with opportunities to enhance their educational experience here at Cal State Northridge," said Dean William Jennings
