To become eligible to attend the 2012 Commencement Ceremonies, students must have completed the following:
Seniors must establish their graduation date by submitting the Application for the Bachelor's Degree and Diploma with Admissions and Records.
Download the Application for Bachelor's Degree and Diploma, fill out the application and bring to Admissions and Records located on the first floor of Bayramian Hall.
For the 2012 Ceremonies: Failure to submit your application by March 2, 2012 may result in the inability to attend the Commencement Ceremonies.
You may inquire with Graduation Evaluations, Bayramian Hall Room 150, should you have any questions concerning this process, and to check on the status of your application to graduate at any time.

Graduating Graduate students must establish their graduation date by submitting their Application for Masters Degree with Admissions and Records.
Download the Application for Master's Degree and Diploma, fill out the application and bring to Admissions and Records located on the first floor of Bayramian Hall.
For the 2012 Ceremonies: Failure to submit your application by March 2, 2012 will result in the inability to attend the Commencement Ceremonies. Students will receive a letter in the mail regarding their Grad-Check from the Office of Graduate Studies.
You may inquire with the Office of Graduate Studies in University Hall Room 265 should you have any questions concerning this process and check on the status of your application to graduate at any time.
If you are still unsure on how to apply for a Masters Degree please contact the Office of Graduate Studies at ext. 4800.
It is the student's responsibility to routinely check on their status as a candidate of a degree. All students will have received information through the Graduation Evaluations office (for Undergraduate degree candidates) or the Graduate Studies office (Master's degree candidates) regarding their application status having been successfully processed.
Through the options below students are responsible for verification of their graduation status diploma information.
Students will be able to verify their graduation status and diploma information through the Graduation Evaluations office at which time they can review the spelling of their name and degree information as it would appear on their diploma.
The Office of Graduation Evaluations is located in Bayramian Hall, Room 150. Their office information phone extensions can be found online at www.csun.edu/anr/grad.
